Join us as Donna Tatting, University of Minnesota Extension Master Gardener, teaches us all things holiday plants! Poinsettias are the most traditional holiday plant to give, receive or purchase for yourself. However, there are other festive plants as well, and all of them will need care after the holidays are over. Most of these plants will survive and thrive if given proper care. This class will look at the individual plant varieties and you'll learn how to keep them healthy and happy all year round!

Join us as Donna Tatting, University of Minnesota Extension Master Gardener, teaches us about winter seed sowing! This seed sowing method allows us to get a head start on a garden during the winter months and has been around for many years. It is simple, inexpensive, easy to do, and FUN! By using the right seeds and recycled plastic containers (ex. gallon milk jugs) you can start a garden before the snow melts on the ground.

P.S. It is also a great way to get kids interested in gardening!
