Winter Seed Sowing

Join us as Donna Tatting, University of Minnesota Extension Master Gardener, teaches us about winter seed sowing! This seed sowing method allows you to get a head start on a garden during the winter months and has been around for many years. It is simple, inexpensive, easy to do, and FUN! By using the right seeds and recycled plastic containers (ex. gallon milk jugs) you can start a garden before the snow melts on the ground.

P.S. It is also a great way to get kids interested in gardening!
